I was very impressed with the room size and quality, amentinites, and AMAZING breakfast waffles. Breakfast buffet staff is top notch. Highly recommend and will stay here again.
While the room was very nice, clean, comfortable and spacious, the difficulty I experienced trying to check in ruined a nice experience. I was using points and $$ combination. As a member for more years than I can remember, I have never experienced this issue. The account is under my husbands name though I was the guest traveling alone. They wouldn’t allow me to check in using my Real ID drivers license. Said peoples points were being stolen. Made my husband who was home, call a toll free number to “transfer” points to me. He was told at that number “we don’t do that”. He ended up speaking to a supervisor who said the exact same thing “we don’t do that”. He was told tell them he needed M8, they were clueless what that was. Frustrated as it took close to 30 minutes to get checked in. Ridiculous.
This Residence Inn was conveniently located on a cross country trip. The rooms were well appointed and incredibly clean. Staff were welcoming and breakfast was ddelicious!
I was there for about a week for a wedding .. I could not have been more pleased .. from checking with my 2 cats who each got a food/water bowl … to the convenient room #121 on the on the 1st floor .. my room was a suite .. I guess the smallest they had but, but it was spacious and well lit with plenty os places to charge my phone .. and the bed was very comfortable and well separated from the kitchen and living area .. the laundry room was good and the prices were extremely reasonable.. the daily breakfast was good and well set up.. all the staff were wonderful and really made it feel like home only better …
Service staff are phenomenal. Amanda so helpful and goes the extra mile. Rooms are clean and roomy. At night time can relax by fireplace by the pool. Tucked away so very quiet but near to everything.
I recently had the BEST time here at this hotel by marriot. Let’s just start with the cleanliness, the mattress, the sheets, the bathroom EVERYTHING was spotless. The breakfast was amazing, the spinach egg quiche were my favorite. They also had oatmeal, eggs, sausage, bagels, cereal, yogurt and so much more! It was so convenient just going right downstairs. Also the staff from the front desk to the breakfast servers and housekeepers were AMAZING! The place was super quiet. I had the BEST naps and rest at night. Whatever you call the front desk for they will bring it to your room and in a timely manner. WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN IF IM IN COVINGTON! Best experience
We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The fire pit outside was fabulous! The only thing we were sad about was the hot tub was not heated enough for us to enjoy.
This is by far my favorite hotel. Each time I'm able to stay in Covington, it's a blessing to be treated as if you are the only guest. The staff being very knowledgeable, are also very pleasant and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that needs to be home away from home.
